Inspection & Refurbishment of S9028 Seatrax Crane by Singmarine Offshore Services.

Singmarine with its associates worked on the project, providing engineering, supervision, manpower and spare parts.

Singmarine carried out overhaul for the following items.

  • Gear Oil, EP90
  • Hydraulic Oil, HV68
  • Main Hydraulic Filter, 40133
  • Control Circuit Filter, 40135

The CAT Engine was inspected and found beyond repair. Singmarine supplied a brand new CAT Engine and provided technical support for the installation.

Our service engineer found doglegs, kinking and damaged terminal end fittings of the wire ropes and we have supplied 28mm 455 meters main hoist wire rope, 28mm 162 meters aux hoist wire rope, 28mm 699 meters boom hoist wire rope and assisted in reeving and change out.

Singmarine can supply individual Seatrax crane spare parts or complete spare parts package for five yearly special periodic survey.

Seatrax crane parts are shipped worldwide for both new Seatrax crane models and older Seatrax crane types.

Crane service engineers & technicians are available to work on Seatrax cranes. Crane engineers have many years of experience with Seatrax cranes and can carry out crane maintenance, crane troubleshooting, repairs, overload test, crane slew bearing change-outs, crane inspections and all other types of Seatrax crane repair.
